i've got you right of course, since i was young i was intersted by english language and that even if i got an arabic studies '' law" . i've been influenced by mbc groupe and other broadcasting channels, i watched their movies in english with arabic subtitles and i still do it, it was really funny but less people did not appreciate that

no, sure i know what s mbc groupe but i m not thinking that algerian are more interessting in english coz this groupe speacially that a large part of algerian people don t watch such channels

Oh! I bet the majority of our people whatch MBC group haven't you heard about the Turkish series fever (mouhaned nour lamis.....ect)!!........WITHOUT MENTIONING mbc3 programs!! for children and that is what I was talking about!!

Yep! I remember people used to talk about Egyptien and Mexican series, now they talk about American ones instead!!.....how sweet!!

I must confess that the first time I heard english was in songs,this language attracted me and i started my knowledge by listening and searching for meaning in the dictionnary

what's happening nowadays in Algeria is very positive,people start to know the importance of this language and want to learn more about it,they use it in work,to discuss with foreigners, to give a sens to what they're watching on TV,to establish buisness relations (the international exchange for example)

it is this necessity that provides the algerian people with interest in english,and that is a good step to go higher,and i dont understand why you're not satisfied by this kind of interest

dont forget that our tendancy to french rather than english is related to the french colonialism,so dont be suprised if we dont use english in our daily life...

Not talking English is, in my opinion, not worse that the bad mastery of our native language...
The problem, Ladies and Gentlemen, is that WE are not able to make a correct sentence without bringing a French word in it, and that's for me really shameful !

Let's fix this defect before talking about the bad level of the Algerian in the language of Shakespeare : ))

Yep it is shameful but it's kind of funny somehow!! but I still think it is due to the French colonization!! it's not our fault if we had only this language as heritage and then there's the media inffluance.....and so many other factors that's led us to this,if I could say, situation!!
